I am Donna, a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). I specialise in working with Self-esteem or Confidence, Anxiety or Worry, Stress or Overwhelm and Low Mood or Depression. I can help you to understand why you are feeling the way you do, overcome your current challenges, make lasting change or reach your personal goals. I am passionate about what I do as life can be unpredictable and confusing. Everyone deserves the chance to explore what can and will make a happier you.
